Payment
We only accept payment by PayPal. We cannot ship outside of the United States, but we do ship to all fifty states. Please make your payments to us through PayPal immediately after you make your purchase. Unfortunately, we will have to cancel your order if we do not receive payment within 48 hours after receiving it. We also will not ship your order until we have received payment for it.

In addition to item and shipping costs, a 9.5% sales tax will be added for all Washington residents.
Shipping
We only ship within the United States; however, we do ship to all fifty states.
Items will be mailed out to you within 3 business days of your cleared payment. We use standard U.S. mail to ship our items. If you desire insurance or signature confirmation, please let us know before you place your order.
We use the simplest packaging possible for shipping our items. We can provide invoices upon request. Please re-use or recycle your packaging.
Refunds & Exchanges
Because bath and body products are personal items, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on our items. All sales are final. If you have any concerns or questions, please let us know, as our customers are very important to us. We will try to address any issues to the best of our abilities.

Q: Can YOUAREWEARE do large orders, wholesale orders, or special orders?
A: We are very interested in doing large, wholesale, and special orders. Please email Mar@youareweare.com for more information.
Q: Are there any special shipping issues with lip balm that I should be aware of?
A: Our lip balms are made from organic ingredients, and we do not add preservatives to our products. Therefore, it is possible that our lip balms may melt slightly if shipped in hot weather or exposed to excess heat. If you experience any such difficulties, simple refrigerate your balm for a few minutes until it solidifies.
Q: I have skin sensitivities and/or allergies. Can I use YOUAREWEARE products?
Please read the ingredients list for any of our products that you are interested in purchasing, in order to make sure that you are not allergic to any of our ingredients. We will not be held responsible for any allergic reaction, skin sensitivity, and/or irritation. The products we offer are not meant to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any diseases or ailments. We created YOUAREWEARE balms because we wanted to offer people an organic, chemical-free alternative to commercial lip balm.
YOUAREWEARE products should be used at your own discretion. Please consult a medical professional if you are not sure if our products are right for you.
